Phantasy Star Online 2 for PC

I know this has been a big issue. I read so many forums and guides. I had the game run fine for a few days but than launcher won't start. I uninstall the game so many times which is also a pain in it self cause they don't even let you uninstall a game.
Any ways I did a fresh install again........ launcher loaded just find. Did it's 93k file update or what ever. Once it was finished I click start just to have it shut down. So I click on the launcher again to have it do it's 93k file update......again which
takes about an hour. Once it was finished I clicked start and shut down again........now the launcher won't even open. How does something work for 3 days and now just malfunction? Any ways I tried so many methods. Even off programs but not sure if I am willing
to trust it.
