    PGA Tour 2K21 issues with XBOX Series X


    I purchased PGA TOUR 2K21 about a month ago before the series X came out. It worked fine on my One but as soon as I upgraded to the new Xbox Series X it does not load. It goes through the opening graphics then goes to the load screen. When A is pressed
    I am taken back to the console home page. Is this a known issue and if so is there a fix for it?

    PGA TOUR 2K21 issues

    I changed the proffile that was signed in, and the game worked. It kept kicking me to the home screen when i was using my xbox profile, but switched it to my kids xbox profile and I was able to play.

    It still wont let me play with my profile, but at least i can play.

    Ive got the same problem, even tryed port forwarding on router, nothing works, i was told to re install, think its a server problem maybe.

    Given that your game simply gets stuck on the splash screen, and you (possibly) don't get any error codes, let's try a few things. First, follow these steps:

    1. With the console on, press and hold the Xbox button on the console itself until it shuts off.

    2. Unplug it from the wall for 30 seconds.

    3. Connect it to wall again.

    4. Turn it on.

    5. Try to run the game and see if the issue has been resolved.

    If the game doesn't work, check your Video Settings, and disable HDR10, if you have it enabled.
