    PGA 2k21 crashing on oading screen Xbox One


    I just bought the digital version of this game last night and once i get to the press A to contunue screen it crashes with no error code.

    ive uninstalled my profile and reloaded it.

    Ive unistalled and reinstalled the game.

    ive reset my xbox but allowed the games to stay.

    So far nothing has worked.

    Any help will be appreciated

    You would have to ask 2K. None of us have that information. Sounds like a game specific error, and none of us here have the ability to support it

    I changed the proffile that was signed in, and the game worked. It kept kicking me to the home screen when i was using my xbox profile, but switched it to my kids xbox profile and I was able to play.

    It still wont let me play with my profile, but at least i can play.

    Ive got the same problem, even tryed port forwarding on router, nothing works, i was told to re install, think its a server problem maybe.
