PFP on Xbox app won't change no matter what I do...

I've been trying to change my profile picture (custom) on the Xbox app and website for three days straight, and no matter what I do, it won't change. Nothing is wrong with my profile picture, and yet, it won't update? (I've tried more than three different profile pictures, including the one I wanted it to change to.)

This has also been a problem for two of my friends as they can't change their profile pictures either, and I don't know how to fix it...

It's an issue with the servers. A lot of people are having the same issue. All you can do is wait for it to be fixed.

5 seconds it's a curious pick, but this pictures needs to be reviewed, thats what could take longer, because if you already received an enforcement action need special approval

I'm having the same issue my boyfriend can change his pfp in a matter of seconds but for me it's not allowing me to change at all I waited for a while now and no use I don't know whats going on I've changed my pfp so many times and waited for hours on end and got nothing I just wanna change my pfp

Hey. i followed what you told me to do but i forgot to mention when i try and change my pfp to a custom one the app just freezes and crashes in the end.

You can change your custom PFP in the Xbox Companion app on your PC and the Xbox app on your phone. On the Xbox app and website so far we don't have the option to submit a custom PFP.
