To run Halo on the PC platform you need to run DLC but the error appears Pex-CataloAvailability Data not found how to resolve this problem

when I go to redeem a 10$ xbox gift card code the request times out and it says PEX-not found I know it says waiting a bit might help but I have been waiting for three days. And its not just codes when I try tobuy anything in game or not if I cannot
afford with the balance in the account it doesn't show the option to change payment it just keeps trying to load.

It started working when i launched the game without anti cheat once

I had this problem on my version of Halo MCC from Xbox Live on PC when trying to launch Halo 3, I found turning down the UAC settings in Windows 10 got it working, possibly it's due to it needing admin access as it mentions on the store page?
