Discus and support Petition for minors to post custom gamerpics in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I'm 17 and cannot post a custom gamerpic, I should be able to.     I'm 17 and cannot post a custom gamerpic, I should be able to. I even changed my age and it still would not let me do it!

    Custom gamerpic not updating.

    Custom gamerpics haven't been working for a few days, how many people have to post about it on the forums before this gets fixed?

    If you're still a minor that is under a family even if you change your birthdate the system will detect that which means that you need to wait for your account to naturally be an adult for you to finally create a custom gamerpic.

    Any custom gamer picture won't upload on our Xbox profiles (Past 48 hours verification time).

    UPDATE 2: When I'm signed out ans visit this post, I can see both gamerpics as the custom gamerpic. However, when I sign back in, it defaults to the non-custom one.

    Why can’t I have a custom gamer pic?

    It's like having restrictions for child accounts in regard to purchasing stuff online. It requires a parent's guidance or approval. Even in changing your account's privacy options, that requires a parent account to do it. That's the same thing with custom gamerpic. A child or minor player may not be able to identify which one is appropriate or not appropriate. I hope you understand that.

    Rest assured that once your account graduated to adult, you'll be able to use customized gamerpic.
