Petition against Microsoft Enforcement Team Not being contacted

So, I would like to bring a serious problem to light. Recently, I was suspended for dropping the "fbomb indirectly" in a chat message which was a response to about 15+ minutes worth of live message spam I had received with equal and worse content.

But here's what's worse, the Enforcement Team is not even reachable. Granted the Only thing that I said that could have been somehow offensive was like "stop f$$$ing sending me crybaby msgs plz".....Now this person and his entire party was making horrendous
racist remarks towards myself and others, life threats etc....

On to the point.

-The Enforcement Team SHOULD have to be explicit on what you did. Not some generalized "communication violation".

- ALL parties involved as well as the entire situation should be investigated PRIOR to a suspension. People shouldn't be able to get a ban due to False accusations ( I confirmed this is an issue with over 5 Xbox live support team members) They suggested
I come here.

- The Enforcement Team SHOULD have a contact support line just like anything else.

You cannot even submit a fair rebuttal the situation bc of how crappy their contestation policy is.

- Xbox Live is a paid for account. Trash talk is part of gaming so I am in no way some crybaby who cannot take it, but seriously you are going to incorporate vulgar taunts etc in games like black ops3 as well as fbomb usage but ban someone who said it in
the most unoffensive way?! Especially, when it was in response to messages of pure racism and whining from a loss?!

Just because they were sending cry baby messages in the party you didnt need to respond.

 

I agree just got off the phone to the manager at the support centre. I had a kid disrespect my military service and my fathers military service who recently passed away, i am beyond hatred for the enforcement team as i can not contact them cause everybody
here would stand up for their family in that situation. and yet im the one to get the enforcement ban

"But he started it!" is not a defense to enforcement action. Use all of the tools provided to mute, ban, report, and avoid abusive players. Do not sink to their level, especially considering 99% of the time their exact purpose is to get you to do so. "Trolling"
is the term of art. Don't fall for it.
