Sorry to hear about your issue. From your home menu select my games and apps. Highlight the game you want to uninstall. Press the menu button on your controller and select manage game & add ons. Select uninstall. Once the game uninstalls, I recommend
performing a power cycle of your Xbox. Press and hold the power button on your console until the console shuts off. Unplug the power cable from the console for at least 10 seconds. Plug it back in and restart. Then from your home menu select my games and
apps again. If this was a digital game, it will be in your games ready to install. You can then reinstall the game. Let us know the results.

Same, games recently downloaded on Ultimate Game Pass aren't working for me (Halo 5, Halo MCC, Hue, PES2019) with that same error code, but older downloaded games are working.

I download battifield 5 , titanfall 2 , forza horizon 4 etc. games thats I don't have problem. I only have a problem playing with pes2019.

Game mode of my tv is on , and I call phillips service in turkey and they say if the issue doesn't everytime in pes2019 , it is not a tv problem (philips 43pus6503)

I searched on other forums , i see a few people who have this problem

for instance I are playing a couple of minutes with problem-free , and this issue start and I pause and go on game with not problem ,and this problem again sometimes very good
