PES 2020 for XboxOneS - doesn't work MyClub

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

Really, the problem was not in my Xbox, but in the PES2020 game settings itself:

- when you first turn on the "MyClub" online mode, the game offers to read and agreeing to their Terms & Conditions (privacy policy, game's currencies, etc.). After that, you need confirm your agreement with them by clicking on the special "Agree"
button.

- and all these rules must be completely "read" (by scrolling down to the end of these pages).

And only after that the "Agree" button will be activated.

It does not work to agree with these rules without reading them (as we usually do). And it is right.))

- further the “MyClub” mode opens and works OK.

Yes, the hard reset mentioned above is also termed a physical power cycle and is simply a full physical reboot completely restarting the power unit and system. Nothing will be lost when trying the steps mentioned above.

What is the exact error code you are getting when trying to accept their privacy policy? It does not seem like an issue with your Xbox or your connection to Xbox Live but rather that game's connection to their own online servers.
