    Pes 2019


    I downloded pes 2019 fron the store ( legand release )

    i have been trying to play it online or access my club

    but i have no luck always getting a message saying

    “ unexpected problem occured while trying to access the pes 2019 servers “

    i checked pes 19 website and the server status are ok

    i do not know if this problem related to the problem with xbox ( not showing download and upload speeds on detalid connection test )

    any help is appreciated because i am unable of contact xbox support ( no email or live chat and phone is always closed )

    i do not know what is the problem

    is it from xbox

    or the downloaded copy from xbox store

    anyone with the same problem?

    and if the game is not working how to get my money back from the store since i got no support from them

    Hello Zebillin,

    PES 2019 was released on August 28, 2018. There does not seem to be an Xbox 360 release though, according to what's listed in the

    Microsoft Store    .

    it may be related to the xbox live service alert for content usage. What type of nat do you have?if it's not open that's what may cause the problem.

    Around this time we had an xbox live service alert across many platforms from our store to xbox live. Here is a link for you to be able to check our status

    Xbox live service status    . or you can always test your Multiplayer connection
    in your Network settings.

    PES 2019 was released on August 28, 2018. There does not seem to be an Xbox 360 release though, according to what's listed in the

    Can Play online without xbox live subscription.

    PUBG and PES 2019 are free for this weekend and don't require you to have Gold to play online, but only for this weekend.

    If you want to continue playing PUBG and PES 2019 after this weekend, then you will have to purchase the games and also subscribe to Gold.

    According to Konami (DEV) they shut down Online Services for PES 2018 officially on August 22nd 2019.

    PES 2019 is not available on Xbox 360, but only for Xbox One. So the game you purchased is for Xbox One.

    the last pes for 360 was 2018, and you can only install with the disc, I can’t understand Konami, PES 2019 has already been removed from the store, while you can download FIFA 15 from EA.
