    Hello,

    Few days ago i got my new xbox one (elite version),since then i am having a hard time with the game PES 2016: when the game starts it automatically does an update for the players ability as it did with my first xbox one with no problems but on this one i keep
    getting the message : "BROKEN DOWNLOAD FILE".

    I spoke on the phone with the support and we absolutely tried everything: reinstall the game, delete all game saves from the cloud as well,reset console to factory settings and many more things but nothing is working for me so far.

    I am using a digital game,is there any way to install the game again with a "clean" version(retail) without all the latest patches? when i install the game,it automatically included all the latest patches which is very sense but this is my problem i guess.

    Any idea,guys? Thanks!

    no option to configure usb on xbox 360

    Once the USB device is formatted for the Xbox, you can't access that storage on a computer. It sounds like you want to do the downloads away from the console and move the items to the console via USB, which is not possible.

    Hey Ronaldo,

    Are you able to see the game on the Xbox Store? Try searching for the game within the Xbox Store and see if it prompts you to purchase or not. If you own it digitally, the store will allow you to install from there. If you continue to experience issues,
    be sure that you are signed into the account that originally purchased the game as well!

    ngocphi i checked my rep and i only received 2 negative feedbacks... plus i always play nice... i am being a victim of a bunch of CHEATERS on PES 2016 where they get agree to report me cause i won several number of matches, and they cheated trying to disconnect
    the game.

    I am a good and nice player for over 10 years!

    I insist... the rep system is broken
