    So i got a prema ban a little bit ago ( didont deserve it but whatever) and i was told i can acess my games and content offline on my home xbox, however i fant re download my profile to acess my content ? So does that mean my games are not able to he acessed
    thus meaning that the ms store has offically stolen ny content from me? And commited fraud?

    Hi

    Thanks for reading my post. I just perviously bought the game (MW3) and I am interested in joining a clan. At the moment I am on silver, if anyone can offer me a trial card that would be great. I can also try out to see how things are. I am open to any offers
    big or small, just like having fun! Thanks!

  3. 'Blu-ray player' issues

    I threw a couple movies into the Xbox One this morning, which perviously worked a few days ago, and all of them have an issue with black frames popping in every few seconds. Has anyone else had this issue, and if so, how did you fix it?

    You do not have to redownload your profile to access your content on your home Xbox.

    The system will remember what profiles have that console set as their home and any digital games those profiles own will automatically show up in the ready to install section of my games and apps.

    With the console being set as home for those profiles ALL other profiles on that console will then have access to those games.

  5. Hi go to Enforecment to see the status of your account. However if you have been permabanned and your games where digital you will have lost access to them. They havent
    stolen them,or committed fraud. They own all digital content and have the right to revoke access if you violated the terms and conditions they are supplied under.

    Be aware that permanent bans are never issued lightly, and are ALWAYS checked so the Enforcement team is 120% sure that the permanent ban is justified.

    As for your games: when you signed up for Xbox Live you agreed to the Xbox Code of Conduct and Terms of Use.

    And if you go to the
    Code of Conduct page here
    , it says:

    "UPON RECEIVING A PERMANENT SUSPENSION, YOU FORFEIT ALL CONTENT LICENSES, GOLD MEMBERSHIP TIME, AND MICROSOFT ACCOUNT BALANCES ASSOCIATED WITH THE SUSPENDED ACCOUNT."

    So you were already informed what the consequences are for a permanent suspension. So they didn't "steal" or "commit fraud". They simply enacted the Code of Conduct, that you agreed to when you started using Xbox Live.

    If you still think, the permanent suspension is not justified you will have to go to
    https://enforcement.xbox.com and sign in with your suspended account.

    There you can file a case review as long as the permanent suspension happened less than a year ago.

    Check the consumer laws in your country. If you purchased via credit card, try them to see if there's anything you can do (e.g. charge backs).

    "In most cases, a permanent Xbox Live account suspension does not remove your games or purchases. Any previously-downloaded games, apps, or features that can be used in an offline mode will still be accessible to the suspended account. However, any content
    or features that require online services will not be usable by the account, such as the ability to purchase new content and, without a designated home Xbox One console, the ability to re-download content through other accounts.

    If the account had a designated home Xbox One console, most of the suspended account’s content will still be accessible to other accounts on that home Xbox. This includes the ability to download updates,
    re-download content, and use content online. Keep in mind that consumable game content, any Microsoft account balance, and premium subscription services are not transferable from the suspended account and will not be accessible to other accounts.

    For example, if you purchased and installed a game to your home Xbox before receiving a permanent account suspension, your suspended account can still play the game offline if it has a supported offline
