i cannot personalize my account on xbox one e.g, i cant change my gamerpic or the background colours of my xbox one dashboard. i cant view gameclips either. i have already tried doing new accounts/factory defaults, and these didnt help, please help, as i
would like to choose a colourful background and be able to see my gamerpic, and others and also gameclips.

[/quote]You don't have that option. I bought it at 4th prestige; nine classes, ten slots-- 90 set ups. It goes by your prestige. I've prestiged since so I have the full 100 now, which I still haven't set up anything. I loaded into a search game the other
day on class set two by accident. Ten classes of absolutely nothing. I managed 8-4 somehow.

However, while you're doing that can you please try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down? That may solve the problem for you.

If you are angry over this, and you know it's because you don't use a mic, why not just use it? It's faster to communicate over the mic rather than through messages.

You have to have the parent account change it, if not you have to wait until your birthday hits 18. And right now, Xbox disabled this feature, you can read about it here and
check for updates. You can also check here for child account settings.

Custom Club Pictures
Custom Club Backgrounds

If you try and upload a custom picture you will see the error:

"Sorry, we can't upload your picture right now. Try again in a little while." I think it will remains at least until quarantine is gone.
