Personalisation and notification issues.

Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone is experiencing the same as me and if they have suggestions to fix it as i'm fresh out of ideas.

My issue is 3-fold:

1) Seems to be an issue with others too, but my notifications are not popping. They are set to "on".

2) I cannot change my desktop colour.... you know, the one that is defaulted to green. I changed to orange when I first signed on to my xbox a month or so ago, I wanted to change it to purple, but it just won't let me.

3) I am getting error 0x87c40011 on the achievement app but xbox.com shows no knowledge of said code.

I've tried a hard reset, deleting and re-adding my profile and finally a complete factory restart....still no change to any of the issues.

If it is network issue, can anyone clarify?

Notifications and party issues

If you miss the pop-up notification, press the
Xbox button
to open the guide, and then select System > Notifications to view it there.

To change your notification settings, press the
Xbox button
to open the guide, and then select System > Settings > Preferences >
Notifications. You can choose what to do with individual Xbox and app notifications (or turn all notifications off), adjust the duration of pop-up notifications, and more.

Sorry to hear about the issues! Let's address each!

1.) By notifications, do you mean Activity Alerts? If so, which ones are you not receiving? You can check these alerts by opening your Friends tile on the Xbox One dashboard.

2.) Let's give this another go. Follow the steps below:

• Press the Menu button on your Xbox One controller and select 'Settings'.
• In the Settings menu, select 'My Xbox' in the bottom left of the menu.
• Select the desired color in 'My color'.
• Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds.
• Power back on and verify if the issue persists.

3.) We are receiving reports that this issue should be cleared up now, can you post back and verify if you're still experiencing this issue?
