Personal Progress for January Daily Challenges missing

When I signed into Microsoft Jigsaw this morning, my history is missing. I last accessed MS Jigsaw this morning around 12:30 a.m. - 1:00 a.m. At that time, I had solved all 3 puzzles for every day up to today; and I had solved 2 of today's 3 puzzles.

I signed on a few minutes ago, and now January shows 0 -- that's "zero" progress for January. I really don't feel like doing the same puzzles I've already solved once ... and I also don't want to attempt any other daily puzzles until I have a response to
this reported problem.

Can you restore my January progress for me? Please let me know.

All July Progress Lost

In Microsoft Mahjong I had all of July up to current, minus three days of the daily challenges completed. Now all of that progress is missing.

Please help.

I had the same problem yesterday, January 13th...I got the first two finished and when I clicked on the Third Puzzle is stalled with a busy mouse...It will not load and I observed my whole Challenge History was missing.

Today, Sunday, January 14th, I see the history and I can load today's Challenge...BUT I cannot load yesterday's Third Puzzle. Very strange.
