Just report the persons emblem if possible. Sadly there's not much anyone can do about it. I don't think MS will be able to do anything about it since it's probably up to treyarch to deal with it.

A friend of mine made his own gamertag with his number a few years back. He loved getting phone calls from people for some reason.

Lol would be so funny if people detail the number then you ring you everyday.

I take it you don't know this person?. How would you think this person obtained such info? Maybe a friend or someone you know that knows this info gave it to a friend to be a funny guy. Try checking your friends/whatever that would know your number and check
their friends list to see if that person is on it.

From the Code of Conduct:

•Don't give out personal information of other players (such as their
real name, address, phone number, credit card number, etc.) in any way (including, without limitation, through voice chat or the
names you create for your gamertag or mottos). This information could be used by other players for illegal or harmful purposes. You should also avoid giving out your own personal information.



It is bad to give out this information because it helps people pretend to be you and phish information from phone support to steal your account.

I couldn't find in the policy where it says personal info is considered first and last name
