Personal harassment

For the past 24 Hours my friends and I have been harassed over Xbox. He has created multiple accounts to do this as well as giving out our personal phone numbers to his friends so that they can call us and harass us as well. As a result of this we have contacted
our local police departments and would like for Xbox to help us on this end. I also know for a fact that this individual has been banned from Xbox before for doing the same thing.

Any harassment concerning xbox live should be reported on your console.

Xbox live has various tools to report and block communication via your console.

Anything else is upto the other sites to deals with, facebook etc.

Any attacks on your internet connection should be reported to your ISP.

If the harassment is that serious i would contact the police.

Summer 2014, a group of mutual friends played a particular game on the 360. I would say it was a group of 20 or so people. The story begins when a young lady comes to visit over the summer for a few days. Keep in mind the friendship grew over 2-3 years of
playing the same game. My attacker (mutual friend of the whole group) swears that they were an online couple at the time she visited. The girl being young and not thinking screenshot a text with my telephone number and this is where the whole can of worms
opens. Along with all the service denial attacks, several unrestricted telephone at all times of the day. I just changed my telephone number and quit playing Xbox Live all together. Fast Forward to April 1st, 2015 the same gentlemen is now harassing my current
girlfriend. She doesn't online game(doesnt game at all) and there should reason why he is bothering my current girlfriend. I don't know how he got her info. She knows what happened in the past because I told her so there is no surprises. He is messaging her
through a fake Facebook account, texting her through a google generated telephone number and calling her with restricted numbers. Its getting a bit ridiculous. I know the gamertag he is currently using, he uploads to youtube. I know he harasses and ddos other
online gamers. There has to something to slow this guy down. Any suggestions would be great. I'm just trying to move on with my life.

 

exactly the same with me. This guy has made multiple 0 gamerscore account on Xbox Live. We know his account that he plays on. Police has been contacted and we need Xbox to get on top of this issue.

 

Hey Guys! The best course of action is to report all of the offending gamertags through the console so they can be investigated and suspended/banned as necessary. Thanks!
