While I was playing fifa 21 I messaged the player saying had to help you suddenly the player responded with my name my address etc and then told me to be careful. I'm not scared but just wondered how someone can get my details ? How secure is xbox ?

The only way to file a complaint is via the xbox console, Have you tried it via the recent player history? If it isnt allowed because you have blocked the player, then I do not know how... But you said you already filed a complaint. Correct? Then all should
be ok, since you already filed a complaint. Action based on a complaint can take time though
