Personal activity feeds not working since just after 1409 update

I tweeted alot with support yesterday. All they came up with at the end is that I should contact my ISP!! That is surely NOT the problem since it does not work on the Smartglass OR on my friends xbox. They really need to fix this. There must be alot of people
with the same problem as us!

 

Posting here as well to hopefully get some resolution. I have also had the same issue for awhile.

I am also having this exact same problem. Ever since the new update, my personal activity feed is blank, and none of my achievements or messages will show up on my Xbox one activity feed, my Smartglass app, or any of my friend's activity feeds. I am also
in the update preview program.

This is clearly related to the new update, please find a fix as soon as you can.

 

Hmmm Mine started working again today.. so maybe its fixed on MS's end.

 

Anyone further on with this issue? My feed shows other people but mine havent shown for about a week or so now and anything I share doesnt appear also.

We all need to call and tweet to Xbox Support about this, when I contacted them a few days ago this was a new issue to them. They obviously could not fix the problem yet, so we need to make sure they know that it is effecting a lot of people. This is the
only way they will investigate and find a fix. I lead Xbox Support to the forums and they replied: "Thanks for keeping us updated, mate. We'll definitely be investigating as more users come in with this issue. ^JP". This issue has three threads on the Xbox
One forums, and they are all in the Popular Discussions section, so it is obviously widespread. We need to let them know!

This is not working for me also. I'll contact xbox support regarding this too.

 

I have done everything they asked, removed and re-added profile and done numerous hard resets.

I am assuming its the Sept 20th update that has caused the issue as during the day it was showing my activity and since then it has stopped working.

I have left feedback on the Preview app to see if anything happens

 

Same here. That is the beta for guys. Patience, we are dealing with this issue, so others don't have to..

 

I am having the same problem as of recently. I noticed it happened to a lot of people after the 1409 update but my activity feed just cleared everything from the past 3 weeks and achievements I earn do not show on the feed either. Also tried posting a "Got
something to say?" and upload a video and they won't show up either. I also noticed on the friends leaderboards I am now at the bottom with 0 gamerscore earned in the past 30 days. I have easily gotten 1000+. ALSO, it says my top played games are games I haven't
touched in a month. This is getting very annoying and I was just going to wait till another update comes out bc support is not much help on this. Anyone get this fixed or have a TS recommendation?

 

Still happening to me too, Activity feed not updating, recent played games not updating and Achievements leaderboard not updating.

 

Same problem here, not working for a few days now. Deleted profile and redownloaded it and shut off Xbox One for 10 mins and everything phone support wanted nothign worked. Even tried resetting internet and switching to a wireless connection, didn't work
either.

 

Just tried, Signing out then turning it off and unplugging for 10 mins, booted back up and still same problem.

 

Now after the unplugging for 10 mins the friends list is not working anymore either lol.
