    Persona 5 Complicated Audio Issue


    Hello, I recently downloaded the game pass version of Persona 5 Royal on my Xbox Series X. After about 15 minutes of gameplay the in-game voice acting audio stopped working. There is sound but no voice acting audio. cinematic voice audio works fine also. I tried to reset the game and the audio that was there in the first 15 minutes of gameplay earlier is no longer playing. I have tried re-installing the game. (twice). I cleared my system cache, I cleared my local saved data, I even factory reset my Xbox. None of which fixed the audio issue I am having. So I made an alt xbox account and loading the game up on it, and the audio works as intended, all voice acting audio is there. I Need assistance in finding a solution to this issue, my main account can't get voice audio in-game. Help would be very appreciated.

    Hello, I had the same issue; however, I already had network functions turned off when the case occurred and I have turned it back on and then off again, and nothing is fixing the issue.

    We would like to let you know that the team is aware of the issue and is currently investigating this. Until it is resolved, please follow the instructions below for temporary workaround:

    • Navigate to Config from the main menu or by pressing the Y button on your controller in-game
    • Turn off Network Functions
    • Resume play
