Persona 5 anime cutscene audio not working

Hi, I have been playing Persona 5 Royal on the Xbox series S, and during all of the anime cutscenes, the character dialogue doesn't work. You can't hear the character's dialogue. All other sounds are still working, like the music and background conversations. I have looked this up on these message boards, and it said to turn off network settings, and I did so, but there was no effect because network settings were already off when it started happening. It is not affecting my enjoyment, just a mild irritation. Is there any work around, or is my game stuck like this?

Hi, I have done all the suggested actions, and nothing has changed. Are there any other actions I could take to rectify this, or am I stuck?

I understand you're having trouble with your game Persona 5 Royal. Please follow the steps below to try to fix the issue;

1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.

2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.

Important Be sure to wait at least 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

3. Plug the console power cable back in.

4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

If it still doesn't work, try uninstalling and reinstalling the game.

I have not played an anime on Xbox that I think qualifies as the traditional Anime. I did play Persona and Sword Art Online on my Vita though. Sword Art Online was a lot of fun while the Persona series had an incredible story to it.

I enjoy some bugs now and then but they mostly otherwise tarnish the experience for me. Just had an annoying one in Gears 5 (a major project no less). Cutscene audio continued to play during a load screen and once resuming play there was no game audio
until I progressed to reach said cutscene again.
