Persona 3 Reload Constant Crashing on GamePass

I recently re-subscribed to GamePass to play Persona 3 Reload and other games, but almost immediately I ran into constant random game crashes in Persona 3 Reload. I have not tried in other games yet. I've looked up every possible solution and applied every fix I know how and nothing has worked.

At first, it was smooth sailing until I reached the first floor of Tartarus, where the game crashed not only in game randomly, but also on launch, on the main menu and even while loading. Eventually it subsided and I've been playing the game since but I still got the occasional crash, although it was tolerable since it was maybe once every 30 minutes.

Just yesterday it started popping up constantly again. I load my save file, and it crashes. I'm at a loss. I don't want to go through the hassle of asking for a refund on my subscription because I want to enjoy it but this is ridiculous especially as there is no fix to this, and I'm not the only one.

I have event viewer data from 3/30 when I was first troubleshooting the crash if needed. I just want to fix this.

Please switch to fullscreen mode. Other gamers have reported that changing the game from borderless fullscreen to fullscreen mode resolved the crashing issue.

And then update graphics drivers. Make sure that your GPU drivers are up to date because outdated drivers can sometimes cause compatibility issues.

Next is to check for Windows PC Updates. To do this, Select Start Settings Windows Update > select Check for Windows updates.

Then check for Game Updates. Kindly ensure that the game is fully updated because developers often release patches to address bugs like this.

Then, please, repair the XBOX app installation:

Press the Windows Key+X > Select Apps > Search for XBOX > Advanced > Restore

Then, on the same page, press Repair.

Restart your PC and follow these steps:

Launch the Xbox app for PC.

Click your Profile picture.

Click on Support.

Click on Gaming Services Repair Tool.

Click on Start Troubleshooting.
