Person using two accounts to send hate messages

I have an ex-friend who is using two accounts to send hate messages to me and other people. Is there anyway that this can be stoped with a ban or something. He uses the second account so that his main one doesn't get reported and this Is allowing him to
continue doing this. His accounts been reported multiple times and has only gotten minor chat bans for it.

Got suspended for voice communications

I got suspended for 14 days and two strikes for no reason for voice communications I only talk two my friends people send me hate messages i usually block them I only sent three hate messages to players who where being rude I do talk crap but I don't
send them messages the three players I sent a messages to where the only people I sent a hate message. Two strikes for that and a communications banned I have talked to people worst than me and nothing happened to them I'm going to put more details in to the
hate messages I sent me and my friend where playing a mission on GTA but these rude players started crap with us we couldn't go to a invite only session so we where stuck playing with randoms I had people send me hate messages almost every week but they don't
get banned but I do it makes no sence I don't think I should have two strikes and a communications banned so please help me.

Hi, report the gamertag that is being used to send the messages, and then block it. You should block his main account too, that way you won't get any messages from him. Instructions how to report/block can be found in the how to section of enforcement.xbox.com

Keep reporting him every time you receive something from one of his accounts, and report the account that its sent from, if he keep breaking the rules of xbox live then bans will become worse. follow everything set out here Xbox Enforcement | How Do I
and don't engage or retaliate as this could cause yourself to break the xbox live code of conduct and get yourself banned.

Best thing to do is not to react on hate messages but to report the person who is sending them.

I hate happy wars way overrated, but the big issue is all the adds on the dash for it, and the Microsoft uses their Live account to send messages advertizing it!!

This is just an example on how it works not necessarily what happened in your case the only people that have access to what happened in your case is the enforcement team.

1. You send one message that violates the code of conduct.

2. The person that received that message happens to send a message back to you and reports the first message to the enforcement team.

3. You send another message to this person that violates the code of conduct.

4. This person then reports that message to the enforcement team.

5. The enforcement team then investigates the first report and determines that you violated the code of conduct and puts a suspension onto your account for one day.

6. The enforcement team then investigates the second report and determines that violated the code of conduct and puts a suspension on your account for a week.

So this was two suspensions for two different incidents of the violation of the code of conduct it would not be for the same violation.
