Person using software that disconnects from Xbox Live

Hi,

I create a ticket on the support today because I have a question and a complaint to emit.

Let me explain: Today I was playing on Xbox Live when people (I know) have disconnected me from Xbox Live and
planted my connection with software to crash Internet connections. The people in question are named on Xbox
"Raxtez" and "CLOWWWN M8".
My question is this: what is Microsoft and Xbox set up to fight against these fools?
Secondly, can you on your side sanction these two people who, having known them for a while, use this kind of
practice very often on other players they meet online?

Ip blocking accounts

This person isn't hacking Xbox Live. He's using software on a PC to see what IP's he was connected to. Once he has the IP he can kick you off of the service using a ddos attack.

The only thing you can do is to disconnect your internet for a little bit and then reconnect so that you obtain a new IP (auto settings)

Hackers kicking me and my friends offline.

You can also report this person for system tampering if he is using that sort of software on xbox live, use your console to report him and i would definitly conact your internet provider about this good luck.

If you haven't done so already, you would need to file complaints on them via the console in order for the enforcement team to investigate them. Calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums.

Thank you for your response so fast. I agree with your comment only I only found this place to express my request. Moreover this type of practice is spreading more and more and I really feel that there is no measure put in place to counter this.

Could you tell me in this case where and how do I file my complaint on the console please?

Sos I used 'disconnected from xbox live' instead of 'disconnected from game' ,all they we're talking about we're disconnecting from a scrabble game
