Person posing as an Xbox employee

was playing NHL 18 today and someone I played against was posing as an Xbox employee and left me a bunch of negative feedback and threatened me ....what recourse or anything do I have?

unfairly muted by a 'moderator'

What would the supposed individual be a moderator of? No one is identified that way on Xbox Live except by there own hand. If the person was posing as an official Xbox employee then it was good to report them as that is an offense for impersonation.

 

Players posing as Bungi employees

Two people entered the game uninvited and stated they were Bungi employees and that they were going to ban me from microsoft. Their call signs were [Removed] and
[Removed].

If someone on Xbox Live is threatening you then you should either mute the other player or report and mute them.

How to Mute or Block Other Players on Xbox One

 

Report them via your console & they will be investigated.

That is the only way to report someone.Staff impersonation is taken very seriously & not tolerated on xbox live.

 

I did ....its nice that the negative feedback they bombarded me with made my reputation go down

 

The rep system doesn't work like that.
