    [Mod Removed] banned Accounts for his fun , me and my Friends dont Feeling good in his circle. He Knows every IP adress and when all Report him He banned IT and Nothing works from all Reports . I Wish You can banned His console and acc

    MS starting to ban your account and remove purchases...

    Microsoft Prohibits Use Of ‘Offensive Language’ On Skype, Xbox Live, Other Services (Updated)

    If someone hacked your account and upload offensive contents on any of the Microsoft services, your account will be banned and all the purchases you make will be revoked.

    Or if you just store some personal naked picture of yourself on OneDrive, MS will possibly violate your personal privacy, enjoy the pictures in review meeting, and ban you afterward.

    The details are not clear how much personal pronography will they search through your personal OneDrive account, but, you are better off encrypt everything or just use other services.

    Calling out gamers on the forums is not allowed.

    That being said players dont have the ability to ban others. Only the enforcement team can do that and they wouldnt tell you if they were.

    Just to add,if you have reported this person via your console then they will be investigated.

    That is the only way to report someone.You should also block this person.

    If someone is getting your ip address then that is something you need to take up with your isp as that is done via your broadband/internet connection,not xbox live.

    As the owner of the account you are ultimately responsible for how the account is used, both good and bad. When we issue a suspension, it’s not necessarily because you committed a violation, but because the account was used to commit a violation.
    Even if you weren’t home or holding the controller when the activity occurred, if a particular Gamertag was used to harass other players or cheated in a game we have to hold it accountable.
