I don't know where this goes.

I have a person who messaged me telling me my account was in review, pretending to be staff from xbox.

We were playing BO2 and he loses multiple matches in a row, then starts to tell me my accounts going to be banned and if I have any question to review the ToS or ToU.

His gamertag is,

I don't like being told that I'm getting my account banned for winning.

Beginner/Nub questions about Xbox Live...

What happens to a Gamertag that allows its Xbox Live subscription to run out, more specifically with regards to the name's availability to other users? (Like, is there a "grace period" where no one can use the name, to give the person time to get back on Xbox Live with that account?)

Is there some kind of rebate for a second Xbox Live account belonging to the same person / credit card?

If going that route (2 Xbox Live accounts on the same console), will there be anything associating the two in the eyes of the public?

You would need to file a complaint on him via the console in order for the enforcement team to investigate. Calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums.

Whereas it is a bummer that the family plan is now gone, it is what it is. You will only need two Live accounts for your set up.

Xbox One = One Live account = anyone who uses this system will have Live through the person associated with the console.

Xbox360 = One Live account = the same account tied to the One.

Xbox360 = Second Live account = anyone who uses this system will have Live through the person associated with the console.

Xbox360 = Second Live account = The person with the second account uses this system.

OOORRRR... Have all systems tied to the same person. Instead of different people. Anyone who uses the system connected to a Live account has Live through them. Whether that person is signed in or not.

Example:

I have Live. I have an Xbox in my bedroom. Anyone who goes into my room and uses my Xbox will have access to Live whether I am signed in or not.

If someone harasses you on xbox live you can report that person from the console and block him/her from further communication. Retaliating is a breach of the code of conduct and object to enforcement acts
