persistn campaign issues.

I just got halo 5 for my new xbox one barely had it a week, but every time I try to play the game after installing it from the disk and waiting the 12 hours for the 51 Gb update to finish I cant get past the first 5 minutes of game play and the npc comms
play like a bad godzilla movie or not at all untill a ciertian point in the game, and then they all talk at the same time, i am alo unable to restart the mission from the begining it I do try it it will freez and crash. I was able to get past the first mision
by deleating it and reinstalling with out the update in offline mode but i still run into the freezing partly through missions so I reinstalled the up date only to have the the freezing again and always at the same point in a mision wich varier from instal
to install. i hae reinstalled the game with the update about 7 times now both from the digital copy and from the disk and have the same issues. The freezes so bad i have to do a hard reset on the console just to get out of it wich i have had to to do more
than i would like to have done (dozens of times so far), and if by some miricale I dont get any of these and a mission runs smoothly it will hang up on loading the next mission with the black loading screen and the little wheel sitting the bottom left corner
untill the game boots me back o the dash board. I tried doing a factory reset on the console as well and I still get these issues every time i install it any one know how I can fix these issues??

Campaign sound issues.

Has anyone experienced sound problems between levels, during cut-in. Plays music but no voices. Didn't even know they were talking until I turned on closed captions.

 

Campaign Save Issues

Bros, is anyone else having some sketchy stuff happening in their campaign completion? My friend and I beat the game on legendary co-op a few days after it came out, so I wanted to try and solo it. I spent 3 or so hours beating the first half of the campaign
on legendary yesterday, only to come back to the game saying I hadn't done them yet solo yet. Is anyone else having this problem?
