  1. Persisting problems with Microsoft Jigsaw


    Microsoft Jigsaw is active on two of my computers i.e. a desktop where it runs flawlessly and a laptop where I face a persisting problem. After finishing one jigsaw I can return to the menu and chose another one. As soon as I click on the expert mode option
    to start the new jigsaw the app crashes with errorcode 0xc000027b. Restarting from the menu allows me to do one jigsaw and the same happens again. Only when I wait for at least 5 minutes inbetween finishing one jigsaw and restarting another one I sometimes
    - but not allways - succeed to continue without crash.

    The laptop is fully up-to-date. Windows 10 updates have all been installed and all drivers are of the most recent version. I have tried the various options mentioned on the forum but without solution.

    This month been unable to download the daily jigsaw jammer (lock & bugs okay). Now find I can't download any collections on computer.

    Same problem with Jigsaw - Solitaire works, but not Jigsaw on Surface 4 in the past week. Xbox customer help can't solve it as this is a 'games on windows' problem, they say. Microsoft Answer Desk can't help. And Jigsaw works fine on a Dell Win 10 platform,
    so it's something about Jigsaw communicating with the xbox registry server on the Surface 4.
