Persistent Repair and or Re-Installation Issues

App failed to sign in correctly with predetermined Username allocate automatically on first installation.

App was uninstalled, re-installation attempted.

Looks like its still installing but hasn't advanced past the promise of Installation.

Its been getting tedious trying to repair things which should really be quite simple.

BO3 Installation stopped HELP !?!?!!!

Hello! Try to clear local cache on storage and Persistent Storage. Restart console. If you install from Disc use offline mode for installation or use wired connection. Also try to deelte you profile and then redownload it and restart installation process
again

I'm getting similar problems, in that app keeps saying that I have an internet connection problem and comes up with an error code 121003, can't find any results for this code, and after trying multiple times of uninstalling, resetting and reloading the app,
and trying every troubleshooter and solution I can find I have come to the conclusion that the problem is with Microsoft, hopefully somebody will get it sorted soon.

Hi there,

Try to sign out in the xbox app or re-install the xbox app. But if the issue persist try to delete the game folder manually.

Yes, when I factory reseted the console which was 6 months ago, I opted to re-install everything leaving the console in a “new” state. Issue persisted.

Normally, you should have free access to the game. However, in order to solve the problem I would recommend removing and re-adding your profile, and in case the issue persists , you might want to re-install the game again!
