Persistent pop up of Clear local saved games notification

I constantly get the notification pop up saying "there is a problem with the local saved games" and its the only way to get the game I want to play to sync. I find it strange and I have never had the problem before. Does anybody have the same issue and
what should I do? (Bare in mind the console has done a factory reset in the past few weeks and have re installed the game in question.

try to power cycle your console. Please hold down the power button on the front of the console for approximately 15 seconds until the power light shuts off. Wait about 60 seconds, then power it back on. Be sure you see the green "XBOX ONE" animation loading
screen when you power it back up.

I have also been running into the same issue. I have factory reset. Reinstalled games. cleared caches. Everything... but every couple days sometimes sooner it makes me clear again. It is getting frustrating to deal with.

So I recently tried the suggested solution above and I am still getting "there is a problem with your saved games" error code: 0x80831002.

Everything is up to date.

Sorry to hear there is an issue with the storage and games.
I suggest to try troubleshooting the console operating system by performing a soft factory reset and keeping games and apps (There was a recent console update)

We are sorry that this issue has come, we suggest clearing out the game cache since it might be a corrupt file causing this error.

IF THE CONSOLE IS CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET no progress or purchase data will be lost, what we accomplish by doing these steps would be to resync the profile to the cloud getting rid of any corruption as a by product.

You can also free some space from the main HDD, you need at least 15% of the total capacity free to it work properly.
