    Hello!

    I started up my Xbox today and found this: https://goo.gl/photos/jA8s8CCTHuwsVGMu9

    I thought it was Fallout 4 loading, but it persists when I go to the dashboard: https://goo.gl/photos/NsG2F1eawVD7a6W46 https://goo.gl/photos/NHWFBnWwKFPSoyXB7

    It persists even if I hard (actually) restart the Xbox. It shows up immediately after the box boots, even before the loading screen. It persists through the loading process and NEVER leaves my screen. https://goo.gl/photos/VqDrQtzomoUxocCs5 https://goo.gl/photos/AGHrng6uxbuXdyvz8

    I can still play games just fine, but it's annoying and gives me a headache. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

    Xbox One Not Loading Games

    My xbox one was starting up games just fine but would not load the games main menu. It appeared to be stuck while loading hard drive data. I resolved the issue promptly by clearing persistent storage. Settings>Disc and bluray>persistent storage>Clear. *Make sure to clear storage 3 times. Then, just unplug your xbox from the wall for 3 min. Works like a charm. That way you are not restoring your device.

    Can't buy/download anything from xbox one marketplace?

    Hello again,

    Just to elaborate on the problem I am experiencing I click the buy button and then a page (overlaying the store page) comes up with a loading icon on it. Then after a few minutes the loading icon stops then the overlaying page goes off and then I am on the
    page where you can choose they buy button.(back where I started).

    Are you clearing both system cache and game cache? I had a similar issue I had to uninstall and reinstall updates and also delete and reinstall the game on my hard drive.

    Really can't hurt to try installing the game and seeing if that fixes it can it?
