    Hello Xbox, the night of October 29, 2017 at 3:35 am I received an illegitimate ban reporting that I have "participated in harassment on Xbox Live" while before (October 26, 2017) I been banned from communication (for x reasons). So I can not play in multiplayer
    anymore with my account. I would like to know how could I have "harassed" people on xbox live when I can not communicate ?!

    As for Receiving a ban will you can not communicate, this is probably do to them investigating multiple reports or their investigations was not totally completed and found multiple offences and did a supplemental action which is
    not uncommon as it does take time to perform a thorough investigation

    The age rating on a game only means a person under that age can not buy the game,doesn't mean they can't play the game & age ratings do not apply to the online side of a game.

    Every game with online tells you this.

    Everything you do on xbox live must be rated E for everyone,no matter what game you are playing.

    It's perfectly easy to stay calm on xbox live,just report & block anyone you come across that you think is violating the ToU/CoC.
