    So I had recently bought an Xbox one s to replace my older ordinary Xbox, I've downloaded my account and installed all my games but whenever I tried to play online like on gta or battlefield 1 it said I do not have permission to play online. This only started
    happening when I set up the new Xbox and I've no idea how to fix it or what is even causing it.

    I'm ok with that as long as they had permission. Without permission its disrespectful.

    account.microsoft.com and search your billing history for the item and process the refund there.
