    Hey I want to play with one of my friends but it says this, This Microsoft Account does not have permissions to join multiplayer games. I was in a family group and I turned off, as a parent and left the family group but and turned off all restrictions but it still doesn’t allow me to play, with him or talk to people, how do I change that?

    I found it, there are permissions in like 30 places for this, microsoft parental permissions, xboxlive permissions, etc. and the instructions are not clear at all

    account.microsoft.com and search your billing history for the item and process the refund there.
