    On my account it says that I need to go to my setting and change what I can see other people make, but I already had that so i could see what other people make and it even shows that I do in the settings but it keeps saying I need to change the setting
    so I can see what other people make,it won't let me see names of things in games I play that people make like gta v and warframe and and won't it let me see other peoples profile picture, I don't know how to fix that and it started 2 days ago.

    I found it, there are permissions in like 30 places for this, microsoft parental permissions, xboxlive permissions, etc. and the instructions are not clear at all

    account.microsoft.com and search your billing history for the item and process the refund there.
