Permissions to play games

hi Team,

i have a gold account and have been playing Xcom 2 for a few months now, this time when i tried to play the game it comes up with the permissions screen asking if i am the owner of the game. when i tried another game Fallout 4 which i have completed it comes
up with the same thing that i don't have permissions for to play it.

can you help please?

Permission to play online

Does the issue still persist, there was a Live Services issue causing issues with profiles and purchases over the last 24 hours.

Try again and keep an eye on the status page.

Unable to grant child permission to play game

When my child tries to play a game, the permission box comes up saying I need to grant them permission in order to play the game. I select my gamertag, and press "A" and my Xbox immediately pops up the same window -- it never asks me for my password in
order to complete the permission request. Is this a bug or is this feature temporarily disabled?

 

If this has only just started happening, it could be an issue with your profile. It might be worth deleting the profile from your xbox and reinstalling it
