Permissions not being granted

I can access any multiplayer game, whenever I try and play online it won't let me it says "due to the way your account is set up you can't access multiplayer," So I joined a family, Made a new account, and made it the parent, then I took off all of its restrictions and now it is saying I have to get permission from the parent. I got permission and it doesn't work it was just after I got the permissions granted. What do I do?

Please re-invite yourself to the family group
But this time add your main account as organizer via the link below. (Use the new account)
https://account.microsoft.com/family/

Please double check that you select your main account as organizer too, not member.

Once successfully added, sign out from your account everywhere and restart your device
Then log in your account again and check

Its not a permission issue its an account privacy issue the problem you are having do to the accounts privacy settings being set to wrong thing
