    Hello everyone,

    We're new to this whole XBOX thing and I am having a hard time getting access to allow my child to purchase a Rated 17+ game (Call of Duty). It keeps saying it will send an email for permission but I dont receive any. I've changed my email and updated my
    Microsoft account but no luck. Any advice?

    You might be better setting up the permissions to allow you to type a password in to allow permission for games and set your phone number up so it can send you a pin to use to give permission. I am not sure why you are not receiving the email to give permission
    though, for that one i would suggest speaking to Microsoft Support

    I am trying to buy a game pass for my son but it won't let me buy it

    Try disabling the accounts Parental Permissions first, then make the purchase from his account. Afterwards, reenable the Parental Permissions. Another work around (If you have separate consoles) is purchasing Game Pass on your account and setting your Son's console as your Home Xbox. This will allow for Game Pass Access on both consoles.

    Then try to purchase the game one more time.
