    Permission to access Fifa 16 ultimate team on X Box One


    My son (aged 12) got an X Box for Christmas. Trying to access Ultimate Team but says his profile does not permission to access this feature. Is this due to his age? Is there anything we can do? (he will be 13 next week)

    If you bought a FIFA 16 Xbox One bundle, there should have been a code within the box for FIFA 16 as a full download, separate from EA Access. There should have been a card with a silver rectangle (you scratch away the silver part ot reveal the code) in
    the box the console came in.
