    The permission email is not being sent to my outlook account for my son to get a game. I have checked the Microsoft account and nothing is sent. Please help since he would lie to make purchases I approve but is snot able to because of this email not being
    sent.

    Have updated xbox live on console but need permission as it is s childs account. used childs email address and signed in, then asked for adults email and password. Message sent sayig that childs info is not complete. How do I complete childs info so that

    This is exactly right. The semi confirmation about Xbox One Gold sharing being limited to one console was actually in the email they sent to the family plan members NOT in the announcement. All I want is a one page FAQ that says if you do X, Y happens kind of thing. This is a service and as such should have a clear understanding of how it actually works.

    Forum emails being sent to wrong email

    If I'm not mistaken, they made a change to the XBOX Live Forums and how notifications were sent out. They changed it so all notifications were only going to be sent to the primary e-mail on the account (being the one that's tied to your Windows Live ID now
    known as the Microsoft account).

    This was quite a while ago and I can't located it. I'm sure a forum support agent should be able to confirm.

    Please check your email address. Make sure that the email displayed on the verification screen is correct. If you have multiple accounts, confirm that the one tied to Xbox and Microsoft Store is the one you’re trying to access.

    And then search your email b looking for keywords like "Microsoft verification code" or "Account security" in your inbox. Kindly check your Spam, Junk, and other folders for the email.

    Next is use an alternate verification methods. If you have other recovery options linked to your account, such as a phone number, request the code via SMS.

    Or an authenticator app, enable it for verification.
