This is a classic phishing scam, likely someone stole your account and did something to cause your suspension. I’m sorry but no one here has any ability to look at your account, you’ll need to visit the enforcement site, and I would also report a compromised account.

As a rule, No real company will ever send you an email asking you to confirm your account. I’d you think it’s real, call the company and verify the problem

I can’t get in to my account

If you’re permanently banned, you can’t unlock your account. What do you mean by that? You can file an appeal at enforcement.xbox.com

Bans can come for actions you took days or even weeks ago depending on when enforcement gets to it
