    Hello I was permanently banned 5 months ago as an ex friend of mine had logged into my account and sent some very vulgar messages to his personal account which he then used to report me multiple times. I understand if the xbox embassadors do not believe this and refuse to unban my account but i was just hoping for an unban and a password reset so this would not happen again
