    Microsoft this is absolutely stupid! Some 7 year old is behind his screen saying 'let me just trash talk and as soon as he talks back report him' Or Microsoft will be like 'Lets perma ban this guy for nudity content which he hasn't even done anything.
    Rob him from £2000 and instantly take away all his online friends, his childhood and a loyal customer. Give them to sony. We dont care about them. 5000 hours on rainbow six siege. All gone! Gone! Can someone help me with this issue please!?

    Per the terms you agreed to when you signed up, you forfeit anything you have on an account when you are banned. You would have to purchase it on your new account if you want to play it again.

    well I did file a case and they did nothing. How could a 24/7 person look at me and ban me for the fun of it. I can’t file another report, I want them to look further into the case. I have a Xbox one.

    Prior to the Enforcement Team issuing a suspension, they thoroughly investigate any report or issue. If a violation of the Code of Conduct or Terms of Use has been found, then a suspension may be issued. This is something that you have agreed to when signing
    up to Xbox Live.

    The only way to get in touch with the Enforcement Team is via the Case Review, and since that has already been completed there is no further action that can be taken I'm afraid.

    The enforcement team are the only ones who handle bans and submitting a case review is the only way to have them look into it again. It is not an automated system. If they upheld their review, then there is nothing else that can be done.
