My account getting permanent ban

i dont why but i woke up today to find that my main account had been permantely banned Souldestroyer64 had been banned i want it pleased to removed as i didnt even do anything to get this ban i never cheated used mods because i thought it would be a way
to get banned now im getting banned for a crime that i didnt do and now theres nothing u can do to help so i can u plz remove ban as i didnt deserve permant ban

Modding a game or even playing in a modded game on xbox live can and will result in a permant ban from xbox live.

if the account is permanately suspended

as per the terms of use when an account is permantely suspended all licenses are forfeit

and TERMS of USE are enforcable by law

if it is just a few days suspension you will have to wait

you can ask in the account suspension forums for an answer

however all suspensions are handed out with thorough investigations and cannot be lifted

well was the suspension a temporary ban or a permante ban?

if you have access to the purchasing console then you can use it on any profile

however since your account is permanately baned

once an account is baned everything attached to it including DLC and achievements and subscription time and ms points are forfeit
