    Hi there. I had to sign into an email/account that I basically forgot existed and I have been suggested to come here after chatting with a support agent. Hoping one of the higher ups get to read this as it has been a rough one. I will try and keep this short
    and simple for you. My account, CRG The Hammer, received a permanent account suspension due to the rules being broken. The statement it says and from my understanding there was harassment and or abuse that took place on my account. Firstly, I would've put
    a stop to the rules being broken on my account. I own the xbox in the household that is shared with at least 4 other friends and siblings. I never received an email stating that my account took place in any rule breaking. I got home from work one day and there
    it was, a permanent account suspension out of nowhere and way out of my awareness. I hastily submitted a case review, which was instantly revoked. I am pretty sure not even an hour after I submitted the case review, I got the reply and the decision was upheld
    to keep my account suspended. Since then, I have been with the chat support for xbox at least 4 times in the past 2 weeks, in regards to submitting another case review to get my account back.

    I want to mention again that I am intending to speak directly with the enforcement team. The chat support agents I have dealt with all have stated that you are the ones who directly deal with these kinds of situations. When can I submit another case review? Will
    it be necessary considering you have access to all the chat sessions? The agents have made it clear to me you have direct access to the chat sessions.

    To all Xbox Players and future Xbox Players - Hear me out as this is potentially educational.

    From my personal experience, you are taking a huge risk by letting anybody but yourself play or use your account. I want you to take my word and example for it; My account is shared with my family. My account is now suspended. My point is, you can not trust
    anybody with your stuff, other than yourself. I have been with xbox for as long as I can remember. I've played many, many games. I've spent a TON of money supporting Microsoft/Xbox and now that is all gone within the blink of an eye due to the result of trusting
    someone else with MY account, even if they're family. We as the account owners have 100% responsibility of what happens with your account.

    Now my situation is a tad complicated. First off, who says no to family or close friends? Why would I have a reason not to trust my family? In my eyes, a permanent account suspension was the xbox enforcement team kicking the legs right out from underneath me.
    Again, not only did I not receive any kind of warning, heads up or even a message that my account was taking part in xbox live rules being broken. If anything, my account should've received a communications suspension because now, I have unsubscribed from
    xbox live, with absolutely no way of buying more xbox games with my account. You just lost hundreds, if not thousands of dollars. I am a working man and I understand business. This was one of the worst possible business and financial decisions I've seen in
    quite awhile.

    The Xbox Enforcement team intended to get rid of the person who was breaking the xbox online rules. Unfortunately, you've effectively implemented an even more detrimental decision by banning your loyal customer, resulting in loss of profit.

    I am pretty well begging you, the enforcement team for my account back. It means a lot to me personally. Many memories, many games and time spent with my account CRG The Hammer. If it could be a possibility, please just ban my communications for however long
    you think is best but returning my ability to play online again. I love playing Call of Duty and other games online when I can.

    Account Suspention

    My account was suspended for something I did not do. I submitted a case review, and it was upheld. How do I submit another case review? My account should not have been suspended.

  3. Communication ban, unable to appeal

    So I have a communication ban until the 29th and I have no idea why I got this ban. My account is marked as an adult but I am unable to submit a case review. Can someone please help me so I can submit a case review, thanks.

    The enforcement team do not use the forums. Submitting a case review is the only way to contact them and because you already submitted one, you cannot submit another. Since they upheld their decision, there is nothing else you can do.

    6 years ago I received a suspension

    I'm currently unable to submit a case review because the account was banned 6 years ago, so long ago there was no way to make a case review and I am unable to submit one now because the ban was given so long ago and the case review system I assume was
    implemented recently. Is there any way this could be forwarded to the Enforcement Team?

    Actually you have to be signed into the suspended/banned account in order to submit a case review.
