Hi, My profile Skyfallslays EU. has just been suspended forever. This comes as a suprise to me as allthough i have had comunication penalties in the past as expected i learnt my lesson !! I would greatly appreciate this being taken seriously and i ofcource
will co operate fully with you guys. i know it might not be relavent but i learned from my bans in the past because i am Prestige grand master-AW lvl 373-BO3. And 11th prestige on MWR. and have emence progress on other games. i think its safe to say i obeyed
the CoC/ ToS after my first bans as i GREATLY wanted to keep my progress.. i am realy starting to regret not getting a ps4 for MWR as i got prestige 11 for nothing it seems now . realy hope to get this sorted, thank you for taking the time to review my
situation.

I'm afraid there's nothing more that can be done. If the account was suspended permanently, and you requested a case review, and that case review was upheld, that's it. I'm sorry.

You don't suspended for "destroying a little kid in a game". Every complaint is investigated before action is taken whether you believe it or not. The only way to be suspended for 3 weeks is to have been suspended before. Think about what you are doing
while on Xbox Live as you are probably one suspension away from losing your account permanently.

if the account is permanately suspended

as per the terms of use when an account is permantely suspended all licenses are forfeit

and TERMS of USE are enforcable by law

if it is just a few days suspension you will have to wait

you can ask in the account suspension forums for an answer

however all suspensions are handed out with thorough investigations and cannot be lifted
