Permanently Suspended for no Reason

There is an issue with suspension notifications telling everyone they have been permanently banned when they're not. So it most likely isn't a permanent suspension. Unfortunately, there is also an issue with the enforcement site not showing current suspensions which means it's not possible to submit a case review at the moment. Until that's fixed, there's no way to find out information about the suspension or submit a review.

Unfortunately the enforcement site is the only place to get enforcement help and submitting a case review would be the only way to contact the enforcement team.

I am having a very simelar problem. I play minecraft java edition and mojang wants you to migrate your account to microsoft, which I did. On 14th Janurary I was playing minecraft and doing stuff with commands. On the next day, the 15th Janurary I wanted to continue and realized that I couldn’t log in with my account anymore because my account was suspended from xbox live. I am unable to play minecraft becasue of this. I got an email about it, which doesn’t mention the duration or the reason of the suspenedion. It just said "This message is to notify you that your Xbox Live account has been subject to enforcement action due to a violation of the Microsoft Services Agreement.". I don’t think, that I violated anything. I logged in at enforcement.xbox.com to see how long the suspension is and to find out the reason, but when I looked into the enforcement history, it said, that no enforcement history was found as if I had no enforcement action active, which isn’t the case. There is however an orange handshake icon. Even after 3 weeks I am still suspened and the enforcement history is empty. Any idea, when microsoft fixes the issue? It is strange, that it is still not fixed. Microsoft is a big company, it shouldn’t take long to fix.

So my account is just gone all that hard work and there's nothing i can do about it
