    Permanently Suspended and don’t know why


    I recently received a message that tells me I am permanently suspended on Xbox live. When I go to enforcement page it says I have a perfect record and good reputation. When I enquire or try to enquire further I am repeatedly asked to sign in to file a case review but the login page just refreshes and I’m not logged in to file complaint. I have no way of knowing what my offence was and the lack of communication or ability to communicate with Enforcement is frustrating. Please reach out to me to correct whatever mistake was made.

    My son’s account has been hacked and was sending people harassment messages so that included that person to then go report him and now it says he is permanently suspended and I don’t know how to solve it.

    3 days and counting with the issues, my subscriptions are also counting down.

    Don't even use the chat, don't use anything that would ban me, just play games and stream and I get a perm suspension.

    Thanks for prompt response. I will wait and be more patient but it’s frustrating as I have no idea why I received a message stating I’m permanently suspended. Never received any other complaints over the years of using my Xbox live. Discouraging when you pump money into it. First offence for something I’m unable to address or speak to anybody about.

    Still nothing, shows I have a perfect record but won’t let me sign in to file review. How do I contact support if the page refreshes each time I attempt to log in and doesn’t let me sign in. . .¿
