    Permanently excluded from xbox


    My son has been permanently banned from Xbox live for apparent violations. I find this hard to take as he swears he has done nothing wrong. He hasn't used bad language as he does not have a headset and claims he has not messaged anyone. The trouble is you
    do not get an explanation from Microsoft as to your crime. We now have a £350 console, over £1000 worth of games and god knows how much spent on game upgrades etc all of which now is useless, thanks Microsoft you [Mod Removed]

    If you have not already done please get your son to check the
    Xbox Enforcement     web site to find further details about the action taken by Microsoft and if eligible you can request a case review from here.
